These Terms & Conditions govern use of www.icelandsky.is and all services provided by Iceland Sky ehf (“Iceland Sky”, “we”, “us”). 3) Bookings & payment

  1. A booking is confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of our confirmation.
  2. Prices are shown in ISK and include VAT where applicable.
  3. Accepted payment methods are as shown at checkout. We do not store full card details; payments are processed by certified providers.

4) Cancellations & refunds

Our Cancellation & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and applies to all bookings. If Iceland Sky cancels a service and no suitable alternative is offered, you are entitled to a refund for the affected service(s).

5) Customer responsibilities

  1. Provide accurate information and advise us in advance of any health conditions, allergies, or special requirements.
  2. Arrive on time at the designated meeting point or pickup location. Late arrival may be treated as a no‑show (see Cancellation Policy).

6) Weather, safety, and itinerary changes

Tours are subject to Icelandic weather and road conditions. We may alter, delay, or cancel for safety or operational reasons, including insufficient participation or force majeure.

7) Liability & insurance

  1. Participation is at the customer’s own risk. Iceland Sky is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage unless caused by our negligence.
  2. We recommend comprehensive travel and health insurance.

8) Third‑party services

Some services may be delivered by partners. Their terms may apply in addition to ours. Non‑recoverable partner costs may be deducted from refunds (see Cancellation Policy).

9) Privacy & cookies

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and use cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.

10) Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Icelandic law. Disputes shall be brought before the District Court of Reykjavík, Iceland.
